About the Western European Architecture Foundation

The Western European Architecture Foundation was created in 1989 by George Parker, Jr. of Dallas, Texas. The mission of the foundation is two-fold. The primary purpose is the Gabriel Prize competition which is awarded annually to a jury selected applicant in accordance with a set of requirements as set forth by the Foundation. The secondary mission is the preservation and restoration of French classical architecture.

As required by law we provide for review the prior three years of Internal Revenue Tax Returns (Form 990-PF) and the Form 1023 of the Foundation. These files are available for download in the Adobe Acrobat format. A free viewer is available from Adobe Systems here.
